Costs for Euroboom 2007 (Updated 24th June 2007)

Payment will be made through the nominated representative for each national association coming to the tournament.

In the first place the deposit must be paid and this should be followed by the balance to make up the total cost.

The deposit must be paid by: 31st January 2007

The balance must be paid by: on Friday 3rd August - arrival day, and in Pounds Sterling please.

Countries not meeting these deadlines risk having their places reallocated to others who have expressed an interest in attending. We have to do this to ensure our costs are covered. Competition charges:

Competitor Option 1 (accommodation)
For a competitor who is staying in the accommodation either at Pengwern or at one of the adjoining properties, they will get:
- Three nights accommodation (shared room, bring your own sleeping bag, and pillow)
- All meals from Friday evening meal to Monday breakfast,
- Competition entry fee
- Tournament t-shirt and
- Souvenir trophy.

- Long Distance is included within this price.

Balance 65 pounds
Total 150 pounds

Competitor Option 2 (camping)
For a competitor who chooses to camp, they will have full access to the facilities of Pengwern, and


- All meals from Friday evening meal to Monday breakfast,
- Competition entry fee
- Tournament t-shirt and
- Souvenir trophy.

- Long Distance is included within this price.

Balance 60 pounds
Total cost 120 pounds

Long Distance (On Monday)
For any competitor choosing to throw only in the Long Distance event on the Monday, there will be an entry cost of 15 pounds, and a small additional charge for food and accommodation.

Extra stay on Monday night will be 15 pounds for the accomodation which also includes breakfast on tuesday morning.

Non Throwers (Guests) with accommodation


Guests will be accommodated for a cost of 75 pounds per person for the Friday to Monday. (Includes the cost of food.)

Total cost 75 pounds

Non Throwers (Guests) with camping

Guests will be accommodated for a cost of 60 pounds per person for the Friday to Monday. (Includes the cost of food.)

Deposit 30 pounds
Balance 30 pounds
Total cost 60 pounds

Non Throwers (Guests) with camping and no food

These Guests are also free to use the facilities at Pengwern, but no food.

Costs to camp, is 5 pounds per night per person.

Individual meals are 5 pounds each, if you get hungry.

T-Shirts

Anyone wishing to buy extra t-shirts should order them when registering through their national association, these are 10 pounds each. Please specify size.

Payment

Your countries nominated representative is responsible for collecting your money, then submitting payment. Due to a pappal issue, we are only accepting payment through IBAN.

As of 18th January 2007, all nominated representatives have been notified of this change.
