When do we have to pay by?

All registration deposits are from ￡35 - ￡85 per person. They must be received by 31st January 2007. This is a non-refundable deposit. See the costs page to determine how much you must pay.

What is the cost of the event?

This depends on how you want your accommodation, and if you are competing. Please see the costs page for all details.

How do we pay?

Payment will be made through your countries nominated point of contact. They will make payment to the Tournament organisers through Paypal, or IBAN.

What do I need to bring?

The only thing we ask you to bring is a sleeping bag, and a pillow if you wish. Don't forget your boomerangs and passports. Bring your night rangs, the field is extremely close.

How do I get to Pengwern?

See the Travel page for details. UK roads are clearly marked, and we drive on the left.

The nearest airports are Manchester and Liverpool. Manchester is recommended, since the train link is very easy. You will disembark at Rhyl train station, where you will phone us for pickup.

Car Hire is also freely available

When does the competition finish?

It is planned to have all prize giving finished by 19:00 on Sunday. Dinner is available from 20:30-22:30. You are free to go whenever you wish. Most may wish to stay for the night. Rooms are available until Monday 12:00 PM. Please let us know your expected leaving times, so we can plan for meals.

Long distance will be held on Monday morning. We are also able to offer rooms to those wishing to stay on Monday night, plus breakfast on Tuesday morning. There is a small additional charge for this.

What is the venue like?

See the Accomodation page for details. We have an impressive former home, set in its own private grounds, in beautiful surroundings.

The field is large, and has been used as a major venue for outdoor events before.

What are the rooms like?

The rooms are actually used for young people to live in throughout the year, and are comfortably furnished. We are hiring the property whilst they are on their summer breaks. Rooms will be shared. The field is adjacent to the accomodation. We really like it, and look forward to seeing you.
