**Remember to bring a sleeping bag!**
Latest News- 31st July This will probably be the last update. There are no anticipated problems :) Thankfully it has stopped raining, and things are drying out now. The forecast at the moment is for 10mph winds... but these things are never that accurate until about 1-2 days before the actual event. This year in the UK, it has been quite windy, with most days at least 8 mph and more. The event is looking to be a dry one though. We are receiving quite a few last minute Email queries, and as always we check these daily, and reply back very promptly. Please re-read these updates carefully, to ensure you have all the accurate info, and we look forward to seeing you at the weekend. There is a Supermarket close to the accommadation (about 10 mins by car), where you can top up on any stuff you need. Results will be posted on the site as soon as I get home on Monday 6th Aug. Good Luck and kind winds. Adam Mac. 22nd July If it carries on raining in the UK, we may have to introduce a form of underwater tournament.
18th July The telephone number for pick up from Rhyl train station has changed. Please make a note of it. 07906583876 - Sean McKenna-Slade. If you are unable to reach Sean, then call 07958485642 - Adam Mac These are UK numbers, I am not sure if you have to dial counrty codes or not. In any case there is bound to be a phone box at the train station. We have received a question regarding credit card payments for the balance. Unfortunately we are not set up to do this, and it will be cash only. If you have room, please bring a pillow with you, or something soft for your head at night. Other preperations are well in hand, and we anticipate a good tournament. Apart from that, this is all for the latest update.
4th July We are going to run a boomerang sales table. Anyone can sell boomerangs on it, and there will be a small fee, circa 10% of the selling price, for this service. If you have any boomerangs to sell, it would be advisable to prepare and a label affixed to them, with a brief description, and your price. This service is not intended for the trade. More details available on arrival.
26th June 2007 Small update to the Travel page. Added links for a route planner, so you can get a map of the journey if you have no Satnav. Google Earth co-ordinates also adjusted, as they were slightly out. Also have added a printable map of the boomerang location in Pengwern.
24th June 2007 There has been a small change to the costs page. The balance can be paid now on arrival on the Friday (in pounds Sterling please), and there has been some additional information for people who are camping etc. Nothing major. Preperations are going well, and we are on track to deliver a good weekend for you all. Please let me know if there is anything else we have not communicated to you.
